These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Claimo app and website, operated by Cortexlumora Private Limited. By creating an account or using Claimo, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Claimo helps you discover open class action settlements, check eligibility, and submit claims. Claimo is an informational and convenience tool — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with the settlements or their administrators.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Claimo. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Claimo Pro subscription

• Claimo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Disclaimers

Claimo does not guarantee that you are eligible for any settlement or that a claim will be approved or paid. Settlement outcomes are determined solely by the relevant administrators and courts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claimo is provided "as is" and Cortexlumora Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Claimo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
