These Terms & Conditions cover acceptable use of the Claimo app and website. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use Claimo only for lawful purposes and your own genuine claims.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when checking eligibility or filing a claim.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Intellectual property

The Claimo name, logo, app, and content are owned by Cortexlumora Private Limited and may not be copied or used without permission. Settlement names and company marks belong to their respective owners.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the claims you submit and for any information you provide to settlement administrators. Claimo is a tool to assist you and does not act as your legal representative.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Claimo if these Terms & Conditions are violated. You may delete your account at any time.
